We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Ipswich, QLD on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers find the right truck and trailer parts to keep them on the road
- Navigating systems, catalogues, and inventory to source and order parts accurately
- Processing sales, credits, warranties, and invoices
- Explaining technical information in a clear and practical way
- Supporting warehouse tasks including dispatch and stock management
- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter or exposure to automotive, heavy vehicle, mechanical, or trade environments
- Strong customer service focus with a proactive attitude
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using systems, catalogues, and inventory tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across all areas
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in truck, trailer, or heavy vehicle parts
- Automotive retail or workshop background
- POS or inventory system experience
- Forklift (LF) licence
