We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist/ Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto derivatives and options sales, with a robust book of clients ready to onboard. This role involves global market coverage and targets trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options sales.
- Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
