About the Role
We are seeking an experienced relationship manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partner client management and crypto trading techniques, with a robust book of clients already and ready to onboard. This role involves global market coverage and targets trading firms, brokers, and other institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement effective operation strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto spot/derivatives/options client supporting roles.

Proven track record of dealing with brokers, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, family offices, Asset management firms and other institutional clients.

Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Chinese.

A well-established network within the crypto trading community is essential.
