【Position Details】
🧠 Title: TA Assistant (Hunter)
💻 Work Mode: Remote, prefer full-time engagement
💰 Compensation:
- Base Pay: USDT 500/month
- Commission: Per successful hire, top performers can earn USDT 2000+ / month
【We’re Looking For】
- Proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong interest in crypto / Web3 industry
- Ability to commit consistent daily hours to support the project
- Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and task-oriented
⚠️ Note: Candidates without TA/recruitment experience will not be considered. This role is high-output and competitive.
【Your Responsibilities】
- Support the TA team with sourcing and resume screening
- Engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help arrange interviews and maintain pipelines
- Report progress and keep recruitment trackers up to date
