We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Brendale on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers find the right parts and solutions to get them back on the road
- Navigating systems, catalogues, and inventory to source and order parts accurately
- Processing sales, credits, warranties, and invoices
- Explaining technical information in a way that’s clear and easy to understand
- Supporting warehouse tasks including dispatch and stock management
- Maintaining showroom standards and merchandising
- Working collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter OR strong exposure to automotive, mechanical, or trade-based environments
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confidence using systems, catalogues, and inventory tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical customers
- A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in
Bonus Points For:
- Automotive retail or workshop experience
- Knowledge of parts and vehicle systems
- POS or inventory system experience
- Forklift (LF) licence
