What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers identify and source the right parts
- Navigating systems and catalogues to find solutions quickly
- Processing sales, orders, and warranty claims
- Supporting warehouse and dispatch when needed
- Keeping the store organised and customer-ready
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Experience in parts interpreting OR strong mechanical/automotive knowledge
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
- Someone reliable with a positive, can‑do attitude
Bonus points for:
- Automotive or trade background
- Stock control or warehouse experience
- Forklift licence (LF)
