Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Dutch-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves providing top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking Netflix subscribers, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking Netflix customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable viewing experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
