Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support in Dutch across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to Eneco's energy services, billing, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on Eneco's products, promotions, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with good self-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and office tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with support through the paid relocation package.
