Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our team with the unique option to work either in Greece or Bulgaria, including paid relocation support! As a Dutch Speaking CX Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, managing inquiries and providing tailored customer support.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve processes.
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address potential concerns before they escalate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and improve service offerings.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Experience in customer experience, customer success, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece or Bulgaria with full relocation support provided.
