Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading international airline in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking passengers, assisting with booking inquiries, ticketing, travel information, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding flight bookings, schedules, baggage, and travel policies.
- Assist passengers with reservations, cancellations, changes, and special requests promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide seamless service.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to offer accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
