Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role involves providing professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance-related inquiries, claims, and policy information to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, claims, and policies.
- Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases and escalate as necessary.
- Stay informed of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to help improve the customer service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
