Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers by assisting them with their online shopping inquiries, order management, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and timely customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to web shop products, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and troubleshooting issues related to online shopping.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service quality and online shopping experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or retail, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
