This position offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technical products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends, company products, and support policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve customer support processes and enhance user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology industry.
