Remote Recruitment is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support a UK-based employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will be the go-to person for customers who need help, answering questions across email, chat and phone, and making sure every person walks away feeling looked after.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer questions across email, live chat and phone
- Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed
- Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the system
- Spot recurring problems and share them with the team
- Work with other departments to sort more complex cases
- Keep help articles and saved replies up to date
What you'll need
- Experience with customer service or support
- Familiarity with help desk or ticketing tools
- Calm, friendly problem-solving manner
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
