Remote Recruitment is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, focused on building strong relationships, retaining business, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in an account management or client success role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools
- A commercial mindset with a track record of account growth
- Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

- Salary: R27,000 per month

- Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
