As a Waiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and taking their orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Providing information about food and beverage choices, including specials and recommendations.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area at all times.
- Attending to guest inquiries and resolving any issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Creating a hospitable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing guest experiences.
