Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and solutions to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Stay well-informed about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer solutions roles is preferred.
