Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support and solutions to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
