The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM), the SSEO-Activities guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English.

Essential:

  • Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environment
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with potential clients
  • Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needs
  • Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting
  • High school certificate or higher
  • First Aid Certificate

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the English language industry
  • Experience in an administration role and/ or a sport orientated role
  • Experience using a student management system
  • A second language
