The Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM) role is responsible for ensuring our student experiences remain at the centre of our operations, through overseeing the student services team and supporting them to deliver a welcoming, effective and high standard of support across the student life cycle, from welcoming them to Navitas English and providing ongoing administration, activities, accommodation and student welfare services.

Essential:

  • Working with Children Check (or appropriate state required documentation)
  • High school certificate or higher
  • Customer service focus with the ability to interact well with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, complete tasks under pressure and within tight time frames, with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using tools and systems such as a Student Management System and MS Office skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an administration management role.
  • Knowledge of the ELICOS industry.
  • Experience in student accommodation reservations or similar.
  • Experience dealing with study groups
  • Handling payments and receipting processes.
