- Maintain (support, monitor, backup, administrate) key infrastructure systems including Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Backup, DNS, DHCP, Windows servers, storage, Virtualisation, and other applicable systems, services and applications.
- On site and remote support is a requirement.
- Be a technical lead of infrastructure projects.
- Advise stakeholders including executives on technical queries and provide solutions.
- Timely resolution of calls and queries within SLA targets and escalation where needed.
- Escalation of issues, following the incident management and change processes.
- Working closely with other teams to resolve and highlight issues.
- Coordinate and assist in the research and development of new systems and/or applications strategies.
Required experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Level 3/Back office role in a company of comparable size with a global infrastructure
- Microsoft Exchange Email Support, Architecture, and Configuration, including Exchange online.
- Microsoft Office 365, Support, Architecture and Configuration, including Azure AD and AD Connect.
- Strong experience of supporting Server and Storage hardware in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent knowledge of DNS, DFS, and DHCP
- Excellent knowledge of Virtualisation and storage platforms, including Hyper V and Vmware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, CIFS, NFS, FC LUN, ISCSI, and RAID.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to master new hardware, software, and technologies as required
Pluses:
- Ideally some Sharepoint administration experience.
- Experience supporting global users
