Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Spanish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms for Spanish-speaking users. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to identify safety risks and policy violations.
- Investigate reported issues thoroughly and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce digital safety standards and protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and users.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
- Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
