In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across a diverse range of consumer products. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer questions, troubleshooting product-related problems, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information for various consumer endproducts in Spanish.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, returns, and order management.
- Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer products sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is desirable.
