Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer care in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to green energy products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, sales, and billing to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on company offerings, green energy industry trends, and relevant policies to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer care, preferably in energy, utilities, or environmental sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM applications and basic technical knowledge is a plus.
