Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the Booking.com team in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional service to Slovak-speaking customers, supporting their needs related to travel bookings and accommodations on one of the world’s leading travel platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other related requests.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive and seamless travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM for quality assurance.
- Stay updated on Booking.com services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel & hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Proficient with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Enthusiasm for the travel industry and willingness to work in Greece.
