As a Project Manager Culture you are responsible for the rollout of a cultural transformation project within Deloitte Audit. The aim is to create an attractive culture that fits the future needs of the accounting profession. We believe that culture is the core of any change, improvement or transformation. That is why this project is important to us.

In this role you are part of the Change and Transformation team within Deloitte Audit in the Netherlands. This team conceptualises and manages change and transformation projects aimed at the continuous improvement of accounting practice. It is a dynamic team and a real network organization that works with experts and stakeholders within and outside the organization.

You also work closely with business and talent management.

  • a completed university education;
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience;
  • demonstrable experience with or interest in culture change and communication;
  • experience with change or transformation processes;
  • hands on mentality;
  • creative in solving problems;
  • excellent relationship and communication skills;
  • team player.
