Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed about products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute suggestions to enhance customer service processes and overall experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia supported by paid relocation.
