Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Polish through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided.
