- Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions
- Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance
- Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency
- Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers
- Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures
- Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives
- Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels
- Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
- Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth
- Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations
- Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations
- Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
