Lifeguard - Kosea Boutique Hotel
SWOT Hospitality Management Company is searching for a dedicated and attentive Lifeguard to join our team at the charming Kosea Boutique Hotel. Located in a picturesque destination, the hotel offers a serene environment for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of all guests enjoying the hotel’s pool and recreational areas. You will monitor activities, enforce safety regulations, and provide outstanding service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area and other bathing facilities for safety compliance.
- Provide immediate assistance in emergency situations and perform first aid when required.
- Keep the pool area clean and organized, reporting any maintenance issues as needed.
- Educate guests about pool rules and ensure they are followed.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Current lifeguard certification
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a boutique hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Ability to stay calm and think clearly under pressure
