As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their rental car needs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage bookings, resolve customer queries, and address service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards swift resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company policies, fleet availability, and promotions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the rent-a-car or travel industry, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer applications.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
- Willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.
