As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will support Italian-speaking clients throughout their vehicle rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking customers by handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving any rental-related issues.
- Manage vehicle rentals including pick-up, return, and vehicle condition inspections.
- Communicate rental policies, terms, and conditions clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and service standards.
- Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company procedures to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or car rental industries is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems and rental management software.
