As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in managing their rental needs, ensuring smooth and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients by managing inquiries, bookings, and rental processes efficiently.
- Handle vehicle pick-up and return processes, including thorough vehicle inspections and documentation.
- Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and any promotional offers to customers.
- Collaborate with operations to maintain vehicle availability and standards.
- Stay informed about fleet updates and company procedures to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems and rental management software.
