Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions in Italian.
  • Assist clients with account setup, password resets, transaction inquiries, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security protocols while handling sensitive information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about new banking products, services, and online security measures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial sector is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
