Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Icelandic Speaking Customer Solutions Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation included. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback to assist in continual improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
