Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspected fraudulent transactions using various tools and investigative techniques.
- Analyze data and identify patterns that may indicate fraud.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather evidence and resolve cases.
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to provide updates and gather information.
- Prepare clear and detailed reports on investigation findings and suggested actions.
- Stay updated on new fraud trends, laws, and best practices in fraud prevention.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in fraud investigation or related field is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
