This role is ideal for individuals passionate about gaming and eager to provide excellent customer support to the French-speaking player community. You will be the first point of contact for players, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a great gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality player support in French through various communication channels, including email and chat.
- Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions.
- Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience.
- Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (oral and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
