As a specialist, you will provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers, helping them make the most out of their Fitbit devices and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Finnish via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products.
- Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, syncing, and understanding product features.
- Provide clear guidance and advice on Fitbit app use, health tracking, and fitness goals.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and complex problem resolution.
- Stay updated on Fitbit product developments and health tech trends to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or health-related products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide customers through technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time effectively in an office environment in Sofia.
