As a Dutch Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Eneco's Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with their inquiries related to Eneco's energy products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to the local culture.
