Role Purpose
Data Integration Development team members contribute to the data integration design and development of multi-terabyte marketing solutions that integrate and optimize our client's data across numerous sources. Merkle's solutions enable our clients to better communicate to their customer and prospects across a number of marketing channels and media. Once hired, the qualified candidate will be immersed in the development and maintenance of marketing database solutions to meet client business objectives. You will have an opportunity to work with a cross-disciplinary team across various divisions of the Marketing Technology Group.

- B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and multithreading concepts.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x version.
- Experience designing and developing database solutions using SQL server
- 3+ years of data focused software development and design experience
- Strong client-facing skills (communication, explanation, slideware, etc.)
- Strong project/task management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
