How you make an impact.

  • You wow our customers through email, chat, phone and social media interactions

  • You provide guidance and support regarding products, orders, subscriptions and customer inquiries

  • You create meaningful customer experiences through empathy, active listening and personalized support

  • You help customers find the right solutions to support their individual goals and lifestyle

  • You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share insights with internal teams to improve processes, products and customer experience

  • You thrive for sky-high performance while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, quality and productivity scores

  • You contribute directly to customer loyalty and retention by building trust with every interaction

  • You are interested in working with AI/Automation to make your work more efficient and increase customer satisfaction

  • You speak native-level Italian and have a sufficient level of English to collaborate within our international team

  • You are available full-time (39 hours per week)

  • You are an excellent communicator who naturally combines empathy with problem-solving skills

  • You have strong digital skills and are familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
