Compensation Range: €69,600 base with on target earnings at €116,000 plus equity

What You’ll Do: 

Huntress is looking for a Channel Account Manager II to add to our quickly growing team in the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our relationships with our partners and ensuring their success across our platform. You will bring deep personal ownership to every commitment, driving business efforts toward loyalty, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction with an Outcome-Obsessed approach to post-sales success.

As a Channel Account Manager II, you do not wait for permission to fix things. You will spot customer friction points early, show you Give a $h*t by owning the solution, and work closely with both Sales and Marketing to come up with creative ways to help our partners succeed through training, education, and empowerment. This high-impact, high-visibility role engages with both our partners and our third-party reseller channels to ensure we are meeting the needs of everyone in our ecosystem. Success in this position means achieving measurable impact tied directly to partner retention and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with partners as a trusted advisor to increase solution adoption, help them maximize the value of the platform, and ensure exceptional service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned organizations to drive long-term platform loyalty.
  • Take personal accountability for team goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction, keeping your results closely tied to the Huntress mission as part of being Outcome-Obsessed.
  • Spot systemic blockers in the post-sales lifecycle and show you Give a $h*t by designing creative engagement strategies to keep partners and customers energized.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market accounts and below.
  • Strong experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar CRM platforms to manage partner pipelines and account health efficiently.
  • Passionate about collaborating with both in-house IT teams and reseller channels.
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to get things done fast and effectively in a rapid growth environment.
