At Sleek, we help entrepreneurs and businesses start, manage and grow their companies through company incorporation, accounting, payroll and corporate secretarial services. We are looking for an Senior Account Executive who is passionate about helping founders and business owners solve problems and make informed decisions. You will engage with inbound leads, understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them become successful Sleek customers.
This is a consultative sales role where you will work directly with founders, startups, and SMEs, helping them navigate important business decisions while identifying the most suitable solutions for their needs.

- Conduct consultative conversations with founders and business owners to understand their goals, challenges and requirements, and recommend the most suitable Sleek solutions.
- Become knowledgeable in Sleek's services and the Singapore business landscape to effectively advise prospects.
- Deliver a professional, responsive and consultative experience for every lead.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency in managing leads and opportunities from first contact through to conversion.
- Maintain accurate records and a healthy pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring reporting is timely and reliable.
- Collaborate closely with the Singapore Sales Team to share learnings, best practices and customer insights.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes, customer experience and conversion rates.
- Leverage AI tools to prepare for customer conversations, improve lead qualification, generate insights and increase sales productivity.
Requirements
To do this, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, SaaS, professional services, financial services, fintech, or a consultative sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into customers.
- Strong discovery, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to prepare for customer conversations, improve lead qualification, generate insights and increase sales productivity.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Australia.

About the interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

- A ~30 minute video call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role
Career deep dive
- You’ll have a ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager, where he or she will give you some real-life challenges that this role faces, and will ask for your approach to solving them

Offer + reference interviews
We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or over email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
We offer competitive above market average base salary based on experience + uncapped commissions.
