What you’ll do:
- Partner with store management and associates to execute successful client-driven merchandising and sales activities
- Identify opportunities and share competitive knowledge with store management and Premium Regional Manager
- Ensure product look and display is consistent with protocol as well as planogram compliant
- Analyze performance data and regularly report store challenges and opportunities to store management
Your experience:
- Leveraging planograms
- Completing merchandise resets on your own or within a team atmosphere
- Assisted sales and / or training in a retail environment
- iPhone use
Necessary tools for success:
- Strong leadership skills
- Passion for building and maintaining relationships
- High diploma or GED
- Ability to life 40 pounds
