Rotork YTC Gimpo Plant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound materials from/to suppliers.
- Utilizing the Kanban system to pick and feed materials from the warehouse to the production line.
- Overseeing the inventory in the production line’s supermarket area to ensure smooth material flow.
- Preventing material shortages through proactive inventory monitoring and coordination.
- Collaborating closely with the purchasing team to manage inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure timely material supply to production.
- Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and material handling.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures within the warehouse.
- High school diploma or associate degree.
- Up to 2 years of experience in warehouse or material handling roles (entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic documentation tools.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in material management within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
