About the Role
We are looking for an experienced mental health clinical leader with a passion for clinical quality and management to serve as a clinical quality manager and lead for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. It not only helps to avoid re-hospitalization, but its availability within our services ensures these members have direct access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services once they are stabilized.
For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to train, provide management oversight, and clinical consultation to a team of behavioral care managers and therapists practicing CBT, DBT, ERP and other evidence-based practices to vIOP clients through our innovative video therapy platform. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.
This role is a great fit if you have training, experience, and expertise in treating clients (young adults and adolescents) with mood and anxiety disorders in an intensive outpatient program setting, as well as a commitment to evidence-based and culturally responsive care, clinical quality assurance, experience in administrative and clinical management of licensed independent mental health providers and case managers, and developing high performing teams.
This role reports to our Sr. Director, High Acuity Care Service.
