About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the legal department to assist with the build out of the legal function. This role requires an individual who has experience with supporting an in-house legal department and can take on and juggle a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. This position will initially report to the Senior Legal Counsel.
What You’ll Do
Assist with carrying out core corporate functions, including: equity and cap table management, financing and due diligence tasks, outside counsel administration, and legal notice administration.
Support corporate governance work streams (e.g., entity registrations and licensing, issuing legal notices, board support, etc.).
Maintain corporate books, minutes, and resolutions to ensure good standing.
Prepare signature envelopes, track execution, and archive final agreements.
Optimise department workflows and manage legal technology implementations.
Learn and prepare mandatory filings to various jurisdictions.
KYC & Due Diligence - Conduct background checks and verify documents for partners and transactions.
Manage tasks in Jira, signatures in DocuSign, and equity in Carta.
General support of attorneys and legal department projects.
What We Look For
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a top law firm, or a similar working environment.
Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to the company's global offices.
