The Travel & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for company personnel, including scheduling air and ground transportation and lodging. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies while delivering a positive traveler experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating complex itineraries, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with vendors to secure accommodations and services.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, rental cars, and rideshare for managers in training, crew support, and deployments
  • Validate traveler information and ensure compliance with company travel policies and timelines
  • Maintain accurate travel records and trackers; reconcile expenses and report discrepancies
  • Communicate itineraries and updates clearly to travelers and stakeholders using standardized templates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize traveler experience
  • Provide limited after-hours support during peak travel periods
  • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn new travel platforms quickly
  • Able to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolution
  • Integrity to maintain confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel coordination, logistics, or operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
