You'll develop and deliver SAP S/4HANA FICO training programs to corporate clients and training cohorts, design curriculum that translates complex concepts into practical skills, facilitate hands-on labs and real-world case studies, assess trainee progress and provide feedback, and stay current with SAP updates and industry best practices.
You need 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA FICO expertise, hands-on experience implementing financial modules, and a track record of successful projects. Teaching experience is valuable but not required. A degree in accounting, finance, or IT is standard. Excellent communication, patience with learners, and ability to adapt content for different skill levels are essential. Fluency in English and timezone flexibility are required.
