The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

Costa Navarino is looking or a motivated and organized professional to oversee and facilitate the daily operations of TPOs (Third Party Operators) Tenants at Navarino Agora, Navarino Dunes, W, and Mandarin. This role reports directly to the Assets & Tenants Partnerships Senior Manager and requires close interaction with TEMES and Costa Navarino Hotels’ Operations Divisions to ensure smooth operations, high tenant satisfaction, and effective coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee TPOs’ operational standards and conduct regular visits to tenants.
  • Maintain daily contact and ongoing communication with tenants.
  • Handle operational issues, complaints, and problem-solving follow-ups.
  • Ensure delivery of FM Services in common areas (parking, security, cleaning, garbage collection, boat mooring).
  • Cooperate with other TPOs and report on financial performance.
  • Act as liaison between TPOs, Facility Management, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate events, including open-air markets, festivals, and exhibitions.
  • Issue PRs/POs through SAP to cover operational needs.
  • Collect monthly turnover figures and report operational updates.
  • Oversee contract procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Coordinate CNAs trainings and TPO updates.
  • Propose and monitor promotional, sales, and commercial actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, IEK diploma, or two-year technical certificate.
  • Valid driving license. (Category B).
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and courteous communication.
  • Experience handling tenant complaints and negative reviews.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general IT skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Strong follow-up and task completion abilities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
